Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the tkvat platform. This is a legal agreement between you and us.

1 Introduction and Acceptance

tkvat (referred to hereinafter as "Platform", "we" or "our") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the tkvat website and all its services.

3 Account Registration

When opening an account on tkvat, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate closure of your account.

Registration Requirements:

  • Each individual may hold only one account.
  • Creating multiple accounts from the same household, device, or IP address is prohibited.
  • Accounts are personal — operating an account on behalf of a third party or using an account for the benefit of another person is not permitted.
  • Selling, transferring, or giving an account to someone else is strictly prohibited.
  • If any information provided at registration changes, you must notify our support team immediately.

4 Age Requirement

21+ Age Requirement: tkvat is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. We may request a government-issued ID to verify age at any time. If verification reveals that a user is under 21, the account will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited.

5 Account Verification

As part of tkvat's security and compliance policy, we reserve the right to verify your identity at any time. This process is known as KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

Required Documents:

  • A clear copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
  • Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement, within the last three months).
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account details).

Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. Verification is generally completed within 24 hours of document submission.

6 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong and unique password and never share it with anyone.

  • Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential.
  • Always log out after using a public or shared device.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
  • Stay alert to phishing or fraudulent emails — tkvat will never ask for your login credentials by email.

tkvat will not be liable for any loss resulting from misuse of your account or unauthorized access, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by a fault in our system.

7 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Rules:

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for all methods).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
  • Deposited funds are generally credited to your wallet instantly.
  • Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
  • Deposits made through a third party are prohibited and may result in account closure.

Withdrawal Rules:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
Please Note: Attempting to withdraw while an active bonus is in place may result in cancellation of the bonus. Confirm the bonus terms before making a withdrawal.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus:

tkvat offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (25x).

General Bonus Terms:

  • Each bonus offer has a specific validity period and conditions, which are stated on the offer page.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they only become withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.
  • Any attempt to earn bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent activity will result in account closure.
  • tkvat reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
  • If a withdrawal is made before the bonus conditions are met, the bonus will be cancelled.

9 Betting Rules

Fair play rules apply to all games and betting markets on tkvat. Game outcomes depend on a random number generator (RNG) or the results of live events.

  • Each game has its own set of rules, which are displayed at the time the game is launched.
  • Any incorrect result caused by a technical error will be considered void.
  • If an event is cancelled in cricket or other sports betting, the stake will be refunded.
  • Any winnings obtained by exploiting software bugs or technical issues will be cancelled.
  • tkvat reserves the right to investigate any suspicious bets and to place results on hold.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkvat platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary:

  • Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful activity.
  • Bonus fraud — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
  • Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play.
  • Collusion — coordinating with other players to influence game outcomes.
  • Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to the system.
  • Harassing or deceiving other users.
  • Creating an account using a false identity or forged documents.

11 Responsible Gaming

User Rights:

14 Changes and Termination

Changes to Terms:

Account Closure:

You can request to close your account at any time by contacting our support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed. In the case of a rule violation, tkvat reserves the right to close the account without notice.
